Paradise Rest Garden Limited began construction and cultivation in early 2013 by its Ghanaian owners, alongside tradesmen from the local area. In fact, some of the tradesmen continue to work with us, establishing the continued support from the local community.

The population increase within the capital Accra has caused a huge strain on its resources and infrastructure. Many public cemeteries have become exhausted, with health and safety concerns increasing. The need to provide an alternative grew out of family members wanting to revisit the gravesides of loved ones more often in a serene, secure and professional environment, allowing those mourning to come to terms much easier with the loss of a loved one.

June 2014 saw the opening and blessing of the grounds, with media coverage from TV3, Radio Peace FM and Nyce FM respectively.
